These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products made remotely via the website www.playnetservice.it<\/a>. The goods covered by these terms are offered for sale by Playnet Service Srl, with registered office at Via Giovanni Agnelli 16\/18, 70013 \u2013 Castellana Grotte (BA), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Bari under no. 05702030726 – REA BA434592, VAT no. 05702030726, hereinafter referred to as Playnet Service.<\/p>

General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h3>

By proceeding with a purchase through the Site, the customer declares that they have read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale regulated in implementation of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005), Section II \u201cDistance Contracts\u201d (Articles 50-67), and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 70\/2003) as amended, which implement EU Directive 2000\/31\/EC.<\/p>

In the event of changes to these terms, the General Terms and Conditions published on the Site at the time the Order is placed by the Customer shall apply.<\/p>

By concluding the Purchase Contracts according to the procedure, the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions. Therefore, the Customer is invited to read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase and, once the purchase procedure provided by the Site is completed, to print and keep the order confirmation.<\/p>

The contract concluded between Playnet Service and the Customer is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Playnet Service, and acceptance is deemed tacit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer within 24 hours.<\/p>

Definitions<\/h3>

The term \u201cGeneral Terms\u201d refers to this document. The term \u201cCustomer\u201d refers to the consumer who makes a purchase of products on the website www.playnetservice.it<\/a> or playnetservice.it<\/a>, following the instructions related to these General Terms and Conditions. The term \u201cProducts\u201d refers to all products marketed by the website www.playnetservice.it<\/a> and included in its assortment. The term \u201cSite\u201d refers to the set of web pages accessible via the URL www.playnetservice.it<\/a>. The term \u201cSales Contract\u201d refers to the contract concluded between the Customer and Playnet Service and confirmed following the payment of the specified amount.<\/p>

Contract Formation<\/h3>

By following the purchase procedure indicated on the Site, the Customer can select the products of interest and verify the total value of the products they intend to purchase.<\/p>

Order Confirmation by Playnet Service occurs only after payment for the products specified in the purchase order, while the contract is binding for both parties at the moment the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer. The Order Confirmation must include a summary of the order, showing the order details, the price of the purchased goods, shipping costs and any additional charges, the delivery address, and the type of delivery chosen by the Customer. The Order Confirmation sent by Playnet Service to the email address provided by the Customer confirms the order details and constitutes acceptance of the contractual proposal.<\/p>

Once the order is finalized through the payment procedures, it cannot be modified or canceled. Therefore, the Customer must carefully verify the information entered in the Order Confirmation and communicate any corrections within 24 hours of receipt. Finally, the Order Number assigned to the Order Confirmation must be used by the Customer for any subsequent communication.<\/p>

Playnet Service reserves the right to refuse a purchase proposal in the event of: provision of false personal data, previous non-performance towards the company, or if the Products chosen by the Customer are, wholly or partially, unavailable in stock, as well as in any other case of incompatibility with the company\u2019s interests and policies.<\/p>

Legal Warranty<\/h3>

All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.<\/p>

The Legal Warranty is reserved for consumers, i.e., users who purchased on the Site for purposes unrelated to any business, commercial, craft, or professional activity carried out. For those who purchased on the Site and do not qualify as consumers, the guarantees for defects of the sold item, guarantees for defects in promised essential quality, and other warranties provided by the civil code with the respective terms, expiration, and limitations will apply.<\/p>

The Seller guarantees to the Consumer that the Products will be free from material and design defects and conform to the descriptions published on the Site for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery to the Consumer. The warranty does not apply in case of use not in accordance with the Product itself and the instructions\/warnings provided by the Seller and\/or the Owner, or reported in the reference documentation or instruction, assembly, and\/or maintenance manuals possibly attached to the Product.<\/p>

It is reminded that, to benefit from the product warranty, it is essential to keep a copy of the receipt\/invoice together with the warranty certificate.<\/p>

Jurisdiction<\/h3>

The sales contract between the Customer and Playnet Service is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of the Customer\u2019s municipality of residence; in all other cases, territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Bari.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
