Legal Warranty

All products sold on this website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for in Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code. The Legal Warranty is reserved for consumers, i.e., users who purchase on the website for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity. For those who purchase on the website and do not qualify as consumers, the guarantees for defects of the sold item, the guarantee for defects in promised essential quality, and other warranties provided by the Civil Code, with their respective terms, expirations, and limitations, will apply. The Seller guarantees to the Consumer that the Products will be free from material and design defects and conform to the descriptions published on the website for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the Consumer. Any warranty does not apply in cases of use inconsistent with the Product’s intended purpose and the instructions/warnings provided by the Seller and/or the Owner, or included in the reference documentation, instruction manuals, assembly, and/or maintenance guides possibly attached to the Product. It is reminded that to benefit from the product warranty, it is essential to keep a copy of the receipt/invoice along with the warranty certificate.

Liability

Playnet Service Srl shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Customer due to non-fulfillment of the contract for reasons not attributable to them; the Customer is entitled only to a full refund of the price paid and any ancillary costs incurred. Playnet Service Srl assumes no responsibility for service interruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseeable events, including network or internet malfunctions, if it is unable to fulfill the order within the contractual timeframes. Furthermore, the descriptions of items on the website are indicative only; Playnet Service cannot be held liable for the unavailability of one or more products.

Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made on the website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions as well as Italian law on distance/mail-order sales. Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer Customer (i.e., a natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity or without providing a VAT number) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation, under the conditions described below. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to this effect (e.g., by registered mail with return receipt) to Customer Support within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Alternatively, they may exercise the right of withdrawal by notifying Playnet Service Customer Support. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. However, it is sufficient that the goods are returned in a normal state of preservation and with their original packaging. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, Playnet Service will issue the refund without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving the goods intact and complete with original packaging, using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the initial transaction. Refunds by bank transfer can only be made if the account holder is the same person who placed the order. Shipping costs for returning the products to www.playnetservice.it will be borne by the Customer, and Playnet Service is not required to reimburse any additional costs if the Customer chose a more expensive delivery method than that used by Playnet Service. Pursuant to Article 56 of the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Playnet Service reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the returned product(s) or until the Consumer has demonstrated that the product(s) have been shipped.

Prices

The sale prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are always borne by the Customer and are invoiced at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products. www.playnetservice.it reserves the right to modify prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed. In case of an incorrect and/or manifestly unreasonable price (due to technical bug, manual error, or other reasons), the order will be canceled even if initially validated.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your credit card or the payment method used at the time of order within 7 working days. Partial Refunds

• Item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
• Item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds The refund requires the necessary processing time by the bank, and any delays are not attributable to us. In case of delays, contact your credit card company or bank. Replacements

Replacements are only provided for defective or faulty items. If you need to replace your item, write to [email protected] specifying the nature of the problem. Ship your damaged item to the following address, and after verification, we will proceed with the replacement of the defective item:
